OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19

As the global COVID-19 public health emergency continues to spread and create challenges for families and businesses worldwide, we wanted to share with you how Strain & Yackel is addressing many of the same challenges that our clients may be facing.

Our top priorities remain the health and well-being of our employees, clients, families, colleagues and friends, and our continued ability to deliver exceptional and timely legal services.

At this time, our firm remains open for business as usual. For clients and colleagues visiting our office during this time, we want to assure you that we are taking extra precautions to thoroughly clean and disinfected our public areas and conference rooms regularly, especially after each in-person meeting. If circumstances change and we need to close our physical office location, we will update you immediately. We have a business continuity plan in place and are prepared to operate remotely to address your legal and business needs throughout any potential shutdown or limitation of access to our offices.

To aid in slowing the spread of the virus, our firm has adopted a social distancing policy. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention describes social distancing as “remaining out of congregate settings, avoiding mass gatherings, and maintaining distance (approximately 6 feet or 2 meters) from others when possible.” Under this policy, we are asking our employees to suspend non-client related travel and business activities.

We extend our gratitude to the health professionals and government officials working to care for and protect the community. Our thoughts remain with those who are presently impacted by the coronavirus.

We hope that you and your loved ones remain healthy, and we wish you all well as we collectively navigate this global health challenge.
